If you have a sense of culinary adventure and are looking for something different to try with those fresh fillets in your fridge, you’re in for a treat. Ceviche (seh/BEE/tcheh) is easy to make, healthy and loaded with flavor.

But here’s the catch: It’s served cold and you don’t cook it. Well, at least not technically speaking.
