The Venice Indians (8-3) hope the sequel is better than the original when they travel to Manatee to take on the undefeated Hurricanes (11-0) in Friday’s regional semifinal playoff game.

A little more than a month after the Hurricanes left Powell-Davis Stadium with a 56-27 district win, the two teams will meet in Bradenton with a berth in the regional final on the line.
