SKY Academy Principal Oleh Bula is on paid administrative leave due to allegations of a hostile work environment at the school.
The Gondolier Sun reported Wednesday that Bula had been put on leave, but due to undisclosed “personal” reasons, according to Pat Ryan, Vice President of South County Family YMCA, which sponsors the school. But an email from YMCA President and CEO Ken Modzelewski to the school district stated that in an employee “audit” of Bula, “the constant theme was one of a hostile work environment, with intimidation, and bullying.”
