Freda F. Taylor, 65, of Cape Coral, Fla., passed away Saturday, Dec. 22, 2012.

She was the daughter of Ambrose and Mildred (nee Farmer) Kilby, born Jan. 19, 1947, in Campbellsville, Ky.

Freda was a waitress for many years, and moved to this area in 2005 from Campbellsville. She will be remembered as a loving mother who was a peaceful ruler. Freda was of the Baptist faith.

She will be greatly missed by her daughter, Mary (William) Gallagher Jr.; sons, Dwight Taylor and Darin Taylor; sister, Nancy King; grandchildren, Amanda Lee, Ashley Wilson, Alisa Taylor and Travis Taylor; and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; and husband of 10 years, Windell Dicken, in December 2004.

A memorial service to celebrate Freda’s life will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 1, 2013, at Larry Taylor Funeral and Cremation Services. Memorial donations may be made to Arthritis Foundation, P.O.
