Michael Adler, 58, passed away Monday, Nov. 26, 2012, after battling an illness for the past eight years.

He was born in Forest Hills, N.Y.

Michael was a local, family practice physician.

He was survived by his wife, Stephanie; daughter, Rachel; son, Jacob; mother, Sharon; sister, Toni; and brothers, Mitchell and Eric.

The family is not holding any services in honor of Mike’s request. There is an educational memorial fund established for Mike’s children at Charlotte State Bank and Trust.

Arrangements are by National Cremation Services.
