On Sept. 28, the Punta Gorda Chamber of Commerce co-hosted two back-to-back events in Punta Gorda that brought a lot of attention to Punta Gorda. The first, a Timeless Mural Run and Walk, took folks on an approximate 4-mile tour of some of the city’s murals, with proceeds benefiting the Punta Gorda Historic Mural Society. Immediately after the run/walk, the chamber invited teams of people to go against each other in fun, water-filled games as part of the “It’s a Knockout Competition.”
