NORTH PORT — A new local manufacturer is looking to hire 38 people during a two-day job fair starting today, and if things go according to plan, it could hire as many as 200 within a year.

International Sustain­able Construction, or ISC Today, is a Christian-based manufacturer of sustainable housing that ships its product on the international market, according to company vice president Larry D. Osterman II.
