PORT CHARLOTTE — Undercover detectives arrested a Lehigh Acres man Monday after the detectives twice bought crack cocaine from the suspect in a local park, according to a Charlotte County Sheriff’s report.

Roland Lawrence Williams, 46, was arrested on two counts each of possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia, along with one count each of possession of cocaine with the intent to sell and sale of cocaine. He was jailed without bond due to a hold ordered for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
