PORT CHARLOTTE — Tampa Bay has not gotten closer to a decision on who will fill the last spot in the starting rotation, Tampa Bay manager Joe Maddon said Thursday.
Roberto Hernandez started Thursday’s game, and Jeff Niemann will start today in the ‘A’ game in Port Charlotte.
