PORT CHARLOTTE — Fernando Rodney and Jose Molina will have different challenges as they prepare for the season after a trip to the World Baseball Classic championship.

Rodney pitched eight times for the gold-medal Dominican Republic squad, racked up a tournament-record seven saves and became the face of an entertaining and committed team with his signature arrows and not-so-signature magic plantain.
