VENICE — William Francis Waldman of Deltona, in Volusia County, accused of being the “Venice Flasher,” was in Venice to install lockers at Venice High School. The 50-year-old was arrested Saturday with an assist from two employees at Sharky’s on the Pier.
General manager Kim Rasmussen said she saw several police cars at nearby Maxine Barritt Park about 5:30 p.m. Someone had called in a possible sighting of a flasher, she said.
