The Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:
• Robert Jonathan Leclerc, 18, 10 block of Oakland Hills Court, Rotonda West. Charges: disorderly intoxication in a public place and resisting an officer without violence. Bond: $1,500.
