‘Where’s my extended service?’

In February 2006, Janice Urbanek purchased an extended warranty along with her new 2005 Nissan Quest van from Harbor Nissan in Port Charlotte.

Technically an extended service agreement, this is Nissan’s top-of-the-line, Gold Preferred plan. Costing $2,072, there’s no deductible, and 1,993 major vehicle components are covered for seven years or 70,000 miles.
