New bar opens in Port Charlotte

Voodoo is located at Schoolhouse Square — 4300 Kings Highway, Suite 415; Port Charlotte, next to Porky’s Roadhouse; $5 cover; 18 and up. Doors open at 8 p.m.; music from 9 p.m. until 2 a.m.
