Local school bands are always a highlight of the parade.

Inside the festival area, children can enjoy playing in the snow.

If there’s snow on the ground in North Port, it must be time for the Poinsettia Parade and Festival.

That’s the only time of year when local children can sled and play in the snow right here in their own hometown. And that’s just part of the big day of holiday activities being planned by the City of North Port.
