More than 200 guests responded with “si, si” to the invitation to attend the 15th annual Mexican Fiesta in downtown Lake Wales on Tues. Hosted by the Law Office of Weaver, McClendon & Penrod, LLP, the Lake Wales Chamber of Commerce Business After Hours gathering overflowed into the Rosenbilt Arcade where the Orlando-based Mariachi Nuevo Guadalajara performed and desserts were served.

The law offices were transformed into two La Comida rooms serving Mexican food plus two rooms offering chili, chips and queso. Penrod hosted the Sangria station, McClendon manned La Cantina and Weaver oversaw other areas. Their office staff worked for months to prepare the annual bash. Food was provided by El Ranchito Restaurant in Bartow.
