Valentine's Day found this couple in the Wells Fargo Bank parking lot on Stuart Avenue making a transaction of a sweetheart kind, in the rain, even. Joseph Beasley and Vickie Parkes, engaged over the Christmas holidays, are to be married in September, and met in the middle of their busy days to exchange Valentines. Joseph gave Vickie flowers and a heart balloon, and Vickie gave Joseph a box of chocolates. Looks like that was one sweet deal!
