Jeff Saut used stock market terminology in offering his outlook for the economy and where the country is headed.

“It’s a pretty bullish picture,” Saut told those attending the Lake Wales Chamber of Commerce 2nd Annual Economic Forum on Wednesday at the Lake Wales Country Club.
Saut, chief investment strategist and managing director of equity research for Raymond James, made a presentation packed with information that supported his contention that things are looking up.
