Polk County Commission Chairman Melony Bell captured the spirit of what Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. lived for Wednesday at the annual breakfast.
“We were laughing and talking to one another and not only is Martin Luther King looking on us and smiling but God is too. What a difference we have made for the young people to carry on,” she said.
