Green Dragons lose in game’s final seconds
The game was played on a very special night, the night that the LPHS gym was renamed The Bill Ross Memorial Gymnasium. The Fort Meade Miners edged the Green Dragons, 42-41, in the final couple of seconds.
Lake Placid burst out to an 11-6 first-quarter lead with Nick Tuason leading the charge with 4 points. Fort Meade came back to take a 24-18 lead at the half and then went up, 35-29, at the end of the third quarter.
