“Don’t regret it … shred it!” is the theme for a free document shredding opportunity Saturday in Lake Placid. Crown Shredding of Winter Haven will provide a truck to securely shred documents and other materials printed on paper. The truck will be at Lake Placid Feed & Western Wear from 8 a.m. to noon.

“All businesses and individuals are invited to bring their papers for shredding,” said event co-planner Jeanne Fortier of Home & Office Essentials in Lake Placid. “Please remove binders and large pieces of metal. Paper clips and staples do not have to be removed.”
