The Bartow Kiwanis Club donated $1,000 to the Luster Training Center of Polk Friday at its meeting. On the left is Kiwanis President Jim Myer, Harvey Luster is holding the check, while his brother Charles Luster claps for the club.

Lynda Paul, executive director of Heartland Horses and Handicapped, Inc. gave an informative talk to the Lake Placid Noon Rotary Club on Valentine’s Day about Heartland Horses and Handicapped.

The Noon Rotary Club donated $100 to Heartland Horses and Beef O’Brady’s of Lake Placid matched the club’s donation.
