After winning its first two matches handily, the Lake Placid Lady Dragon tennis team found the going rough against the Sebring Blue Streaks in a match held here Thursday afternoon, Feb. 7. Sebring defeated the Lady Green, 7-0.

Hannah Waller lost to Nisha Patel 1-6, 4-6, playing a strong second set. Stephanie Rodriguez bowed to Joy Donglasan 2-6, 1-6. Claire LeBlanc lost her first set to Kelly Broen 0-6, but battled back to take the second 6-2 before dropping the third, 3-6. Jenna Blount lost to Morgan Heston 1-6, 0-6. Rachel Shattler put up a battle before losing to Micaela DeVane 3-6, 2-6. In an exhibition match Nelida Torres was shut out by Ashley Castelli 0-6, 0-6.
