The Highway Park Neighborhood Council will host its second annual Highway Park Rising Black Tie Gala at the Chateau Elan Hotel and Conference Center in Sebring on Saturday. A welcome reception will open at 6 p.m. and the gala will be from 7 p.m. until midnight in the grand ballroom.

“We’ll have great entertainment and keynote speakers,” said spokesman Tiffany Green. “It’s going to be a special evening.”
