In addition to the regular study and worship schedule, Faith Baptist Church will begin special Bible studies Sunday with a series that continues through February. “Journey of a Lifetime” begins at 9:30 a.m. and will also be offered on Tuesday evenings at 7 p.m. “You can learn more about the Bible in this study than the average Christian will learn in a lifetime,” said spokesman Rachel Smyth.

Ladies are invited to a Bible study series titled “Kinsman Redeemer,” a study of Ruth. “If you were a slave, who would buy you freedom? If you had an enemy, who would come to your defense?,” Smyth asks. “In the Old Testament, this person was known as a “kinsman-redeemer. If you are a believer, you already have one... Jesus Christ.” This four week study will meet each Tuesday in February from 1 to 3 p.m., beginning this week.
