The GFWC Lake Placid Woman's Club welcomed new member Paul Pero at its Jan. 17 meeting. Pero was sponsored by Nancy Reed and chapter second vice present Mary Meisenheimer conducted the installation. Pictured, from left to right, are Reed, Pero and Meisenheimer. The Lake Placid Woman's Club is celebrating its 85th anniversary and continues to make contributions to the community.
