Rotarians hear District Governor at Large

Assistant Governor at Large and upcoming Rotary District Governor Gary Gunter (at left) gave an informative talk Thursday to the Lake Placid Noon Rotary Club. Gunter told the club that there are 1.2 million Rotarians worldwide, 204,000 Rotaracts, and 215,000 Interact members. He is pictured with (left to right) wife Joyce Gunter, Past District Governor Bob Manning and Noon Rotary President Jim Carroll. Gunter said the Lake Placid club's strengths include communication, visibility, a District winning newsletter, programs, projects, venue, financial stability, club attitude, website, public relations and a fireside chat.
