Bethel Baptist Church in Lake Placid will celebrate a special Christmas Sunday on Dec. 23 “emphasizing on the virgin birth of our Lord and Savior and also by singing happy birthday to Jesus,” said Pastor John Hankins.

Special guests that day will be Bro. Luke Knickerbocker and family. Knickerbocker is a former pastor of Bethel Baptist Church and is now a missionary to Nepal. He will be the speaker for both the 11 a.m. worship and the
6 p.m. service that day.
