Florida Hospital Heartland Medical Center is sponsoring a free quit smoking program during the months of January and February at the Heartland Medical Center in Sebring and in Lake Placid.

The program will have three different classes. The first will be from Tuesday, Jan. 8-Feb. 5 at the Florida Hospital Heartland Medical Center located at 4200 Sun ‘n Lake Blvd. in Sebring at the Upstairs Conference room from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. The second class will start Wednesday January 9 from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. in the same location. The third class will start on January 9 from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at Lake Placid Seventh-Day Adventist Church Better Living Community Center, located at 24 E. Phoenix in Lake Placid.
