Eastside Christian Church in Lake Placid has formed a new youth group called “EPIC” for middle and high school students. “We are especially pleased to announce this new group,” a church spokesman said. EPIC meets at 6 p.m. Sundays and starts with an hour of sports and activities, with Bible Study from 7 to
7:45 p.m.

Sunday morning Bible classes start at 9 a.m. for all ages. Sunday morning Worship Celebration begins at 10:15 a.m. with a blend of contemporary and traditional styles of worship music. Communion is offered weekly.
