Toddrick Gaines got the tip off at the Frostproof Bulldogs first home game of the season late last week. Gaines seemed to have a good sense of awareness of his position under the net as he retrieved several rebounds and placed them back up forbaskets, all of which were needed n a nail biter of win over Mulberry which went in at the half tied 21-21,

Jake Bass goes in for this layup as the Bulldogs took a 45-43 decision over Mulberry in the home opener for Frostproof last week. The game was a see-saw affair throughout. Frostproof led just 32-31 heading into the final eight minutes. Frostproof led by four late, which the visitors sliced to one point until Bass hit a free throw with four seconds to play for the game's final points. Mulberry missed a three-pointer at the buzzer.
