Central Florida Lyric Opera company returned to the Lake Wales Arts Center on Tuesday, March 15 at 7:30 p.m. to present “Voices of Spring.” Italian guest singers, tenor Andrea Elena (La Scala), soprano Fiorella Prandini and several exchange students joined forces with Maestro Bill Doherty and CFLO singers for a spectacular performance of Italian opera, Neopolitan songs and Broadway excerpts. Melissa Brizzo, Paola Moreno, and Loriana Intili were making their American debut that weekend in the Villages. “Meet the Artists” at a wine and cheese reception following the show.
