Rex Dimmig was sworn in as Public Defender for the 10th Judicial Circuit Tuesday, staff and friends filling the Polk History Center’s historic courtroom.
The newly-elected Dimmig succeeds Marion Moorman, who held the position for 28 years, re-elected seven times running.
