Because of the foresight of the Fort Meade Curb Appeal committee and the donation of volunteer time and talent, Patterson Park has yet another spot for respite as folks walk around the lake or take a stroll through the grounds.

This particular project was the result of a $500 grant sponsored by Lowe’s through Keep Polk County Beautiful. It was awarded to the Fort Meade Chamber of Commerce, which, in partnership with the city, initiated the Vision Committee’s Curb Appeal on-going goals.
