EcoGen took a step this week to get just a bit closer to developing a plant in Fort Meade as the city commission OK’d a Developer’s Agreement between it and Hakelake Forests that would make it eligible for a $2.4 million state grant.

When exactly it will start building at plant on the 1,163 acre site, though, is not known.
