Hall almost a no-show at Tiger Bay

It was almost a one-man show at the Sept. 10 Polk County Tiger Bay luncheon. Scheduled to speak were John Hall and Ricky Shirah. Both are candidates for the District 5 seat on the Polk County Board of Commissioners, the seat being vacated by Sam Johnson, who is being term-limited out.
When the meeting started Hall was absent.
