Freshman gives ’Dogs big boost

ARCADIA — Thursday may have been the last home game for the seniors of the DeSoto County High School boys soccer team, but it was a freshman that stole the show.
Jairo Tamayo scored three times, including one goal three minutes into the game, as the Bulldogs routed Port Charlotte 6-1.
