Helen Scialo, 95, of Englewood, Fla., passed away Monday, Feb. 18, 2013.

She was born Feb. 8, 1918, in New York City, N.Y.

Helen and her husband Vincent, who passed away Feb. 16, 2013, owned and operated the family restaurant, Aldo’s in NYC. She was a longtime resident of Englewood after relocating from Brooklyn, N.Y. Helen was a faithful member of St. Raphael’s Catholic Church in Englewood.

A memorial service will be private. Inurnment will be at Sarasota National Cemetery in Sarasota, Fla., next to her husband Vincent. You may express your condolences to the family at www.lemonbayfh.com.
