The University of Wisconsin and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation released the results of the fourth annual County Health Rankings & Roadmaps survey Wednesday, a listing that, according the Florida Department of Health, is a snapshot of the health across each of the state’s 67 counties.

The Florida list shows Sarasota County in fifth place, after St. Johns, Martin, Collier and Seminole counties.
