ENGLEWOOD — John Davison’s quip to the Englewood Community Redevelopment Area Advisory Board Thursday may be more truthful than even he intended.

“I’m pleased that things are finally starting,” said Davison, an advisory board member. “They’re always starting ‘next month’ — but maybe this time they are really starting.”
