David Rowe of Rotonda was chosen as October Artist of the Month by The Arts and Humanities Council of Charlotte County.
He was honored with a proclamation from the Board of County Commissioners Tuesday. His work is on display at the Charlotte County Justice Center in Punta Gorda.
