Brittany Muse is a well known name for followers of the DeSoto County volleyball program. The 6’1” beauty graduated this past spring from Florida Gulf Coast University with a major in history and a minor in creative writing. She not only was a star for the Eagles volleyball program, but was also a member of the school’s first “sand” volleyball team.

While a member of the DeSoto Bulldogs team she was named “Volleyball Athlete of the Year” by both the Charlotte Sun and the Sarasota Herald. She was a second-team all-state player her sophomore year and was on the first team in her junior and senior seasons.
