Panthers can’t hang on, lose finale 35-29

It was eighth grade night at DeSoto Middle School and a large crowd of parents and fans were on hand to cheer for the boy’s basketball team. Normally that would be a good thing, but in this case the team appeared as if they were trying to do too much for the hometown fans.

Coach Eric Shea said, “It looked like they were trying to do too much on offense and on defense and missed a lot of open shots.”
