The DeSoto county girls cross country team along with Steven Ochoa and Nathan McGill from the boys team participated in the regional tournament in Holiday Florida. Cross Country coach Cathie Shaper said, “We did well but not outstanding.” Along with Ochoa and McGill are Eve Pence, Elizabeth Montero, Karina Castro, Alondra Morales and Diana Moya who matched her personal best time at the tournament.
