Tony Guidry, president of First State Bank of Arcadia, announced that Shelly Wynn and Meaghan Lipe have accepted two open positions at First State Bank of Arcadia. Wynn has been with First State Bank for six years and had previously worked in the accounting department. She was promoted to the Loan Department as Loan Originator. Lipe recently left her teller position after a year of service and accepted a back office position that deals with customer service as well as online banking.
