PUNTA GORDA — Charlotte High School struggled to stay consistent Wednesday night against LaBelle, but the end result was still a 3-2 victory in a nondistrict contest.

Charlotte (11-8) battled rollercoaster play to win 25-17, 18-25, 25-19, 19-25, 15-9. Down 8-2 in game five, Jensen Moore served the Tarpons to an 11-8 edge they would not relinquish.
