ARCADIA — The operators of Air-Cadia at the municipal airport will be ordered to reimburse the City of Arcadia nearly $13,000 in liability insurance premiums, City Council decided Tuesday night.

The issue surfaced this summer after a review of city records indicated Air-Cadia owners Bill and Becky Minnear had not been paying for liability insurance on the property for years.
