Rob Kincart, in his last stint as president of the Greater Bartow Chamber of Commerce, welcomes everyone to the Dec. 13 Fun Thursday event. He also had some "kind" words about The Grinch.
"We probably don't know who The Grinch is, but he's probably an elected official." In turn, someone from the crowd yelled back: "From Washington!"
