Don’t be afraid to call the police
Bartow Police Chief Joseph Hall
All too often, when I am out in the public doing speaking engagements, or just talking to residents at local neighborhood watch meetings I am asked the same question: “When is it appropriate to call the police?”
Most people follow that up with, “I don’t want to overreact, or I don’t want to be the one to call the police all of the time, or I don’t want to be bothersome.”
