Mary Frances Hall, 70, passed away Wednesday Feb. 20, 2013, at Lakeland Regional Medical Center of coronary artery disease.

Born July 13, 1942, in Cullman, Ala., to Carl and Rosie Bryant Waddle, Mrs. Hall has been a resident of Bartow since 1959, moving from Lake Wales.

She attended the Peace River Baptist Church. She was the owner of Hall’s Treehouse Nursery in Bartow and was considered the “Tabebuia Queen” by many.

Mrs. Hall was preceded in death by her daughter Patricia.

She is survived by her husband of 53 years, William “Bill” Hall; two sons: Tally Hall (Betty) and Spencer Hall both of Bartow; nine grandchildren; Jason, Derek and Kristen Hall of Jacksonville, Darron Hall (Mia) of Davenport, Amanda Braswell (Jamie), Courtney Volberg (Brian) and Bryant Clark of Brooksville, Alissa Hall of Lake Wales and Natasha Hall of Lakeland; five great-grandchildren as well as three canine companions Barkley, Tori and Miley.

Family will receive friends Friday, Feb. 22, 2013, from 6-8 p.m. at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home in Bartow.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, Feb. 23, at 10 a.m. at the funeral home.
